Each year, almost a thousand residents along with out of town visitors and guests come and enjoy the experience of an old fashioned town fair. The festival immediately starts following the annual Bolton Memorial Day Parade. The goal for this event is to bring people together and provide a fun and free celebration in honor of families and veterans.

They provide a grant that allows the Connecticut State Police to bring the “Convincer” to our fair. The seat belt convincer was developed to educate the general public of how beneficial the use of seat belts can be even when involved in a low speed collision.
Special thanks to Karen Cordero and the Bolton High School Student Volunteers who help prepare for the fair, staff our booths, and spend many hours in community support. We couldn’t do it without them.
